Shipping and Processing Time

Unless marked “Ready to Ship”, I make every Sookie item custom to the order you place. Please allow 3-4 weeks for creation in addition to transit time. There is typically a waiting list. “Ready to Ship” items can usually be shipped the same or following business day.

Please contact me prior to placing a rush order. I can usually accommodate, but on very short notice turnaround times (2-3 days), please expect additional shipping charges and a 25% rush order fee if I have to work outside of normal business hours (stay up all night).

Domestic Orders

All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation tracking number and $50 of insurance included. For additional insurance, please convo me. For Express Mail service or any other shipping services or carriers, please convo me. Additional charges will apply and can be invoiced via Paypal after your order is placed.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. For priority shipping with tracking, express shipping, insurance, or any other shipping services please convo me. Additional charges will apply and can be invoiced via Paypal after your order is placed. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Contact your postal provider for packages that have arrived in your country.

I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages in the shipping process but I will do my best to ensure a smooth transaction and receipt of all items. Please convo me if you incur any problems.


Because the nature of most Sookie items is custom order, returns are discouraged. Measure for your size carefully and provide as many cross-references as possible. Take time to select your style and fabrics. However, I want nothing less than happy customers, so please contact me if your order arrives in any condition that is doesn't meet your needs or expectations. I will do everything I can to make necessary adjustments.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Privacy policy
I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information
to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, or for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
